End-of-Lease Cleaning/ Vacate cleaning
An end-of-lease service is a very specific and complete cleaning of a property at the end of a rent contract, we have a checklist from everything that needs to be done, so we won’t miss a thing. We charge per service and not per hour as we believe that it should take as long as necessary to make sure it is on our high standard.
NOTE: We guarantee our service, so in case of any complain from the real state or the owner of the property, just simply let us know with no more than a week after the service has been done and we will arrange to fix it with no further fees within 48 business hours.
General Cleaning Services
We offer a high standard residential or commercial cleaning, that includes general dusty, windows, bathroom and toilets cleaning, oven and cooktop cleaning and everything we need to do to make your home shining! That service we charge per hour, so it’s easier to fit your budget manage and what you want to have done, as you decide how long it will take.
We will let you know how long we recommend for a complete general cleaning, but as mentioned above, you will decide if you want to go for that time or less, we will make our best to leave your place shining.
